Purple Care stays close its roots in the Fort Worth area. Our friendly, knowledgeable team is invested in making this the best, most beautiful community in north Texas. Meet the team that’s making it happen.

Change doesn’t always happen with a bang. Sometimes it starts with a small team in a small town making small changes until the big one is realized. Meet the people planting those seeds.

Allison Cross is an Inside Sales Representative. As a long-time client, she joined Purple Care in 2018. She has a passion for helping clients obtain the yard of their dreams, by coordinating our programs to their customized needs. She grew up in Arlington, TX and has a degree in Fashion Design. After spending many years in fashion, Allison became a caregiver for her grandparents with dementia. She is a caregiver by nature and has very soft heart when it comes to the elderly and animals. She has always loved all aspects of gardening and landscaping, and that is what she does in her spare time. She is the proud mother of two amazing teenagers. Allison enjoys going to church as a family, ‘report card day’ for her kids, and watching them at their sporting events. If she could be a flower, she would be a Hot Pink Mandeville, always blooming and growing towards the light.

Clayton Docktor started out as a mow crew member in 2016. He has worked on our landscape team and our lawn treatment team. He was promoted to a Field Sales Manager after a year with Purple Care. In this role, he motivates and leads his team of representatives to reach sales goals set by the company. His knowledge of our sustainable solutions for lawns is his driving force to increase our client base. Clayton graduated from Tarleton State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s in business administration. Outside of work he loves being around family, taking his drift car to the track. Humor is his escape and loves clearing thick air with a joke or two. He was always a dare-devil as a child and loved doing flips and was a competitive cheerleader for 5 years through high school and college. His main goal in cheerleading was to stay active, challenge himself and maintain a college scholarship. If Clayton could be any tree, plant, or flower he would be Bermuda grass because he’s relatively low maintenance but likes to encroach on everyone’s lives.

Cody Croft is an Outside Sales Representative and started with Purple Care in 2018. His job allows him to spend time outdoors drumming up business in new neighborhoods. Cody was born and raised in Springtown, Texas. He went to Tarleton State University and graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration in 2018. In his spare time, he enjoys being outside, hiking, and playing golf. Cody is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with family and friends. If Cody could be any plant or tree, he would be a bristlecone pine. The oldest living tree is a bristlecone pine at 4,848 years old. He thinks it would be cool to see all the change in the world in that period of time.

Hannah Carrasquillo is a Customer Service Representative and has worked for Purple Care since 2017. She specializes in Angie’s List clients and works with customers on any questions or needs they may have. She believes that detailed customer service is key with any successful company. She has worked in customer service and retail since 2011. Growing up in the Azle wresting program, she grew up alongside a few of Purple Care’s employees and can relate to Purple Care as a family/team atmosphere. After high school, she took a wrestling scholarship at North West Kansas Tech where she majored in Respiratory Therapy. Once she moved back home from college, she bought her own home at the age of 20. Newlywed to her husband, they now reside in Fort Worth with their four dogs. She is an active member in a local women’s pool league and loves outdoor activities. If Hannah had to choose any tree/plant/flower to be she would be a Snapdragon. Snapdragons are very bold in color and represent graciousness. They also show strength as they can grow in the rockiest of areas.

Jennifer Powell has been with Purple Care since 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. She strives to build trust and long-term relationships with clients to ensure that quality and service exceed the customer’s expectations. After spending the past 11 years in a customer service position, she is now expanding her horizons and transitioning into a full-time recruiting role. As our company rapidly grows, Jennifer will bring the ability to build strong relationships with our trusted team members as she did with customers. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mom of four kids and loves watching them wrestle and play tennis. If Jennifer was a plant, she would be a Peace Lily. She likes warm weather, goes with the flow, is forgiving and does not require a lot to keep her going!

Mandy Clary is a Customer Service Representative and has been with Purple Care since 2015. She works closely to develop relationships with clients and believes in having top notch customer service. She wants clients to feel comfortable coming to us with any problems/concerns they have, so she can provide the best customer service. Mandy has a background of customer service since 2007. She was born and raised in Azle, Tx and has a twelve-year old son. Her hobbies include being outdoors, kayaking, watching her son play baseball and spending time with her family. If she could be any tree, plant or flower, she would choose a Crab Apple Tree. They stand for youth, joy and the belief that anything is possible.

Matt Cook is a Landscape Designer and Native Texas Plant expert and has been with Purple Care since 2017. Matt has a passion for bringing landscapes that look great and are easy to maintain. Matt is a retired Texas teacher who is passionate about educating his clients about the benefits of Native Texas Plants in their landscape. Matt is a 4th generation Texan with roots in Texas agriculture. Matt lives on a family farm with his wife of 25 years, 3 children and one dog. When Matt is not hard at work for Purple Care, you may find him herding cows, driving a tractor, or remolding his 1970 farmhouse. His hobbies include photography, woodworking, writing, traveling, and spending time with family. If he could be a tree, he would be an Oak of Righteousness like his Great Grandmother “Hank”. Matt says she made him the person he is today.

McCall Fuller joined Purple Care in 2018 as a Customer Service representative. She is pleasant and caring to each individual client, particularly during times of high-volume phone calls and client issues. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is a high priority. McCall aspires to have each client she consults with, to feel that she is as handy as a pocket. McCall is the oldest of 5 girls in her family (her poor Dad). She married her high school sweet heart, has 3 Children, and 2 chocolate Labs. McCall enjoys being with her family, camping, traveling, and being in the mountains. She loves being an aunt (it’s one of her most valued titles). McCall was born and raised in Utah where she served on the city council and owned a couple of businesses, until her husband was transferred to Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, sewing, re-purposing furniture, & interior design. She volunteers in her church and has the best neighbors in Texas. If she could be any tree she would be a quaking aspen. Their leaves tremble and shimmer in the breeze, singing the most beautiful tune. They grow in clone stands, like a family. Some are tall, short, wide, and skinny, but no matter what, they always stick together. The best part is they are a great tree to carve your name in.

Sarah Whitehead joined the Customer Service team with Purple Care in 2018 and has been in a customer support role since 2008. She enjoys talking with people and building rapport, which will help her succeed as a Customer Service Representative. Her bubbly personality shines when she is doing what she loves. Sarah is very family oriented and after having kids of her own, they have made new family traditions, including wrestling events, theme parks and road trips. Her dream is to visit all 50 states in one month! Sarah’s personal hobby is bowling in her league every Thursday night. She is also into fishing, camping and anything outdoors. If she could be a flower, she would be a Hibiscus flower because it means the perfect wife or woman. She says, “I am by no means ‘perfect’, but I try to be the best I can be for my family”. The flower is also beautiful in every aspect of their appearance, from the sprout of the bud to the leaves falling from wilting.
